I suffer with a spinal injury. I broke my neck in 1988, while playing with my children in the garden. Doctors told me any recovery would be very slow and time consuming. I investigated other avenues of therapy to aid my work out program, decompression therapy (hyperbaric oxygen therapy) was suggested and after researching the benefits.

I thought I would try it for my self.

I was amazed at the way it aided my work program. It boosted my energy levels, enabling me to work out longer and breathing. In 2007 I went to South America for a pioneering stem cell operation, since that time my recovery is recorded on Walk In The Right Direction and I can honestly say that if it was not for decompression therapy I would never have been fit or healthy enough to make such a journey for such treatment.

The treatment centre itself is run by a very close and dedicated team, most of whom are volunteers. After treatment they give positive input and support to all who attend, over cup of tea and piece of home made cake.
